"We read many reviews but were pleased with our room by the pool and ding room room 107 was recently renovated. We had a problem with the TV setup(the power was off while they upgraded the bathroom fixtures) but it was fixed by management quickly(we called at 10pm thinking it would be fixed the next day) the restaurant was excellent!"

"We stayed one night while visiting family in Torbay, so we were only at the hotel for a short time. The room was very comfortable, bathroom nice, wifi worked well and the TV was good. The property is beautiful and views spectacular! We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant and it was delicious! We hope to stay here again in future for more than one night and explore the area."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was a beautiful cabin, with a modern new bathroom. This property is very peaceful, being on the ocean with breathtaking views. The property has a nice walking trail to a private beach and pond, and a large yard to enjoy. There are hiking trails, restaurants and a grocery store you can drive to in neighbouring villages/towns. We enjoyed a zodiac ride to a small island (Casino Islands and Grassy Island Fort) that has walking trails as an adventure. Wonderful memories made and enjoyed every minute of our vacation."

"This is a charming house that worked well for us and our adult children. Beautiful views of the strait. On a very quiet road and easy to get to. Very convenient to Guysborough and St Francis Harbour. Very comfy chairs in the living room! We enjoyed our stay here."
