Very pleased with our stay; there were no issues. The pool was small but adequate. Unimpressed with the other guests, as there was a couple that shampooed their hair in the hot tub. But that is not the fault of the hotel.

It was our 1st time staying here and I was impressed! The front desk employees were super friendly! The beds!!! Oh they were very comfortable! So much so that i asked if they stold the sheets and blanket they use in the rooms! We will be staying here again in the future when we come to visit family next. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so welcoming!

It was a great choice for my family and I while we were attending my cousin’s wedding in Rapids. The room was spaces, clean, the location was near a highway, golf course as well as a walking trail. The staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciate the outdoor seatings. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful inside. I couldn't believe how nice of a hotel this was for how cheap it was. The pool changes color and it looks so cool! The hot tub was actually hot as well! So the pool/hot tub area is perfect for the family. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms and entire building for that matter were very clean. If you're looking to stay in WI Rapids I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. This will be the hotel I use for future trips. They have nice outdoor areas as well that I look forward to enjoying in the warmer months.

We were there five nights enough time to get a feel that it was a good place to stay. Mostly clean with friendly and welcoming staff. Spa tepid and disappointing. Coffee always hot, good, and ready. Parking lot strewn with trash. Cleaning available as asked. Room right size for two of us. No issues with room. Television service slow and at times only a few channels. We were not there for TV. Most important, all things the same we will stay again next time, again, for the next family gathering, holididay, graduation. Place works for us.

Breakfast was delicious and lots of options. Love the closeness to the interstate. Easy check-in and check-out. The only negative comment is that morning cleaning staff were so loud it woke us up. We were out so late due to an athletic tournament it would have been nice to have been able to sleep in before one more game and a 5.5 hour drive home. It was like they completely forgot people were sleeping at 8:30AM that they were basically yelling about what room checked out and why someone wanted to clean instead of sitting at the front desk. Lastly, I would definitely consider purchasing outlets on the lights for the nightstand. It’s been a long time since I’ve had to literally look for an outlet to charge devices. I ended up having to pull out the nightstand and disconnect the light. Would potentially stay again but the above mentioned was pretty inconvenient considering $211/ night.

Stayed one night, in two separate rooms. Rooms were great! They were spacious, clean and stocked. It was a nice quiet stay. We didn't eat breakfast, and didn't spend time looking at the area around the property, so can't speak to those areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. I couldn’t get the tv to work in the bathroom (I like to listen to tv while doing my makeup) but no biggie-there were 2 others in the suite.

This hotel far exceeded the hotel next door that we had stayed. It was especially nice to have the use of an elevator. The staff, room and breakfast were very good. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Steven’s Point.
