"I love small boutique hotels like this. Dina is an excellent host and a great cook for a breakfast B & B. Only comment was we visited during the hottest time and there is no a/c in the public space just overhead fans. Can't change that in a historic home though. Interesting decor and everything you could need to be comfortable, thank you"

"Staff is very friendly y professional. Real newspapers are available in the library along with coffee y tea--quite charming and a throwback to a nicer era. Property is walkable to the U of A campus as well as to a church. We'll definitely return for a future visit. "

"This property is located two blocks from the downtown area and is a great location for exploring Tucson. Our bed was extremely comfortable! In the morning, there are well stocked coffee and tea stations, and the complimentary snacks were a lovely touch. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!"

"Workers were very helpful, eager to help in anyway. I appreciate that they helped me by providing a wheelchair for my son, that had difficulty walking. I love that they had VIP parking, even though it was not a courtesy, did not mind paying $25.00. Although they should come down on the price, so we can tip better the assistant help."

"This is a hotel we like, and with this visit I neglected to change my check-in date when my client requested we meet a day earlier. So we arrived a day early. "This hotel is centrally located downtown with lots of good eating choices within walking distance. The daily parking rate is crazy high for downtown Tucson but other than that a good choice. "
