We are situated approximately 25 min SE of Atlanta, traffic dependent. Many amenities/sightseeing opportunities: ATL Speedway, Coca Cola Museum, CNN Center, State Farm Arena, MLK Center, ATL Aquarium, Tanger Mall, Stockbridge Amphitheater, International Horse Park, restaurants and more. Avoid putting paper towel/plastic/woman's products/food down any and all drains as we are septic and this can cause septic issues.
Smoking cleaning fee of $250 for violators. Late departure fee/ $40 per hr. Cleaning crew that comes at 11:00. No parking in grass or blocking drive
$30 fee unwashed dishes. No filming or production on premises without contractual agreement. You are responsible for damages created during your stay.
