Beautiful hotel! Staff was very accommodating! Room was clean and big. Loved the bathtub! Used the exercise room and it had great equipment. Breakfast had wide assortment of food. Close to everything in Stockholm. Stay here!!

The room was very clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast is great but chaos. We had an 830a seating and had to search around for more than 10 minutes to find a table. If they had a member of staff checking people in for breakfast and seating them, it would have been perfect.

Our room was large and beautiful - unfortunately it was on the main street and we had to open the windows at night to get it cooler - there is AC but it doesn't cool the 4th floor as well! The street noise is quite a problem especially on a weekend night! That is not the hotel's fault - just be aware and maybe ask for a room in the back and not on the street side. The staff was helpful - breakfast was good but always crowded. We would stay again if in a different room.

Close to the Arlanda Express Terminal and Stockholm Central station..The Hotel Team was always very kind and Helpful,and the Breakfast was very good with a lot of different choices,high quality!Romm was small but comfortable,with nice shower.Would return and recommend it !

Just fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful; the room was large and beautiful; and breakfast was excellent with many, many choices. And for me, making a very quick trip and needing to get to and from the airport quickly, the location could not have been more convenient - about a 5 minute walk to the airport express train. (Also a nice area with many shops and eateries.)

There are 3 sittings for breakfast, at weekends the first is 7.30 which is a bit late if you have an early flight. The lift is quite small, so if there are a lot of people checking in or out you might have a wait! The staff were helpful and we checked out before breakfast and they stored our cases while we had breakfast. Worth knowing, there is a little cut through next to Max burger ( almost directly opposite) which gets you straight to the Arlanda Express - this tip from the staff saves us a massive detour through the main rail station ( which we had thought we would have to do)

Lovely staff! They were so friendly and helpful. First we got a room that smelled cigarette smoke and the staff in the front desk did right away give us a new room on the top floor. Breakfast had some variety but very busy, not great gluten free options so that could be improved. Coffee was awful… but slept great, very comfortable beds and they also have a pillow menu!

Lovely hotel in an ideal location near the train station. Staff were all friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing and really showcased a typical Swedish breakfast - healthy and tasty. There were 4 different types of yoghurt, overnight oats, chia seed pudding, cooked cinnamon apples, stewed strawberries, fresh fruit, cheese, smoked salmon, eggs, ham, seeds, rye bread, crackers and freshly baked bread. All was regularly replenished and they had a good system in place where you were booked for an hours time slot to manage the number of people at breakfast. There isn’t any air con but if it is too hot while you are there, just ask for a window key at reception and then you can open the windows to let some air in. Would definitely recommend staying here for a visit to Stockholm.
