"The plumbing was terrible. Shower had awful water temperature consistency. The tub had a huge gash in the side of it. The hotel has no AC and all the rooms were very hot and difficult to sleep in. On the plus side the staff were excellent and the gym is fantastic although it has annoying opening hours."
"Location was perfect for us. Very close to Airport shuttle (flybussarna) . With the day pass you can travel anywhere. (Airport shuttle is NOT included in the day pass)

Great breakfast. Worth spending more to include this i your pkg especially f you are a big breakfast eater!
Minor complaint is that shower pressure was "timid".

"Our room was large and beautiful - unfortunately it was on the main street and we had to open the windows at night to get it cooler - there is AC but it doesn't cool the 4th floor as well! The street noise is quite a problem especially on a weekend night! That is not the hotel's fault - just be aware and maybe ask for a room in the back and not on the street side. The staff was helpful - breakfast was good but always crowded. We would stay again if in a different room."
