Historic prison was very interestingly restored. Grounds were beautiful. Cafe just across from hotel with lovely outdoor seating and views. Fabulous buffet breakfast every day.

Loved this converted prison. Beautifully refurbished. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Breakfast fabulous in terms of range and quality. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

Terrific vibe, once you realize this facility was formerly a prison and has been historically preserved with conscious care and attention. Don’t expect expansive luxurious room sizes and embrace functional simplicity with all creature comforts that are reasonable for the traveler.

Långholmen has become my regular hotel when visiting in Stockholm. Not a boring business hotel. Clean and reasonably priced for anyone who does not mind walking a bit and is happy with a small room (literally, a prison cell). The breakfast quality is one of the best ever, makes me happy every time.

Very neat hotel. Great service, Katja at service desk took care of me. Also the breakfast is really good. Great views and nearby scenery. Plus metro is 5 minute walk (Hornstull) and you can get anywhere in Stockholm.

Peaceful location with the city easily accessible.

A very peaceful location. The rooms can be small but are very clean & comfortable. There’s a beach for relaxing & swimming, when the water quality is recommended. Food & drink are very good as was the buffet breakfast. Thoroughly recommend.

Breakfast was excellent! Also options for vegans 💚. The staff was super nice and room clean and all that we needed. Also pluspoints for the 3 pillows!! Bed was comfy and I slept well
