This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. It's only downfall is that it is in the middle of nowhere.There is a train station ten mins away The staff were fantastic , the room was pristine and the breakfasts were top grade. If I ever return to Stockholm this will be the first on the list.

The hotel and rooms are very nice. Beds comfy and black out curtains. We stayed from Friday to Tuesday and cleaners have not come to our room once. So we’ve used the same towel and slept in the same sheets the how time being there.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service that continued throughout my entire stay. The hotel's location is perfect, sitting right on the waterfront with stunning views of the city. The modern and stylish decor creates a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. My room was impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, including a comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning! One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The selection was impressive, featuring local delicacies, fresh fruits, and a variety of options to suit any diet. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring the beautiful city of Stockholm. The hotel's staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, from providing recommendations for local attractions to swiftly accommodating any requests. New hotel in Kista

I would say very bad service in the breakfast and really slow. Could not even got service before I needed to go to the office. Got compensate with double breakfast next morning, but yeah did not help much. There was also fire alarm in same day I happened to arrive to the hotel. Some doors closed automatically during the alarm, if was possible to open those doors manually but got confused to which way to go since doors were closed. I would say lot of things needs to improve in this hotel.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, alles gut sauber und modern eingerichtet. In 15 Minuten bist du bei der Kista Galerie und dort ist die u-Bahn in 30 Minuten im centrum. In der Kist Galerie sind einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Lidl. Der Pool im Hotel war sehr schön, nur darf man am Tag nur 90 Minuten rein und das am StĂŒck. Ich wĂ€re schon gerne mal vormittags und abends reingegangen, weil der Ausblick von oben sehr schön ist. Das Zimmer war auch sehr gut, großes Bett und wirklich sehr bequem, leider konnte man die Fenster zum LĂŒften nicht anklappen. Es gibt sogar eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, nur leider wurde es vom reinigungspersonal sehr schlecht fĂŒr den nĂ€chsten Tag aufgefĂŒllt. Wir haben auch Abend mal im Hotel gegessen und es war alles sehr lecker, aber auch etwas teuer. Aber im grossen und Ganzen wĂŒrde ich dem Hotel eine 8 von 10 geben.

Jag bodde pĂ„ detta hotell under en resa och hade en mycket positiv upplevelse. Rummet var frĂ€scht, modernt och vĂ€lutrustat – precis som man önskar sig. SĂ€ngen var bekvĂ€m, och det var tyst nog för en god natts sömn. Frukosten var en höjdpunkt! Det fanns ett brett utbud av bĂ„de nyttiga och smakrika alternativ, allt frĂ„n fĂ€rska frukter och bröd till varma rĂ€tter. Minus - dörren till mitt rum gick ej igen ordentligt, tvungen till att ta till med kraft. Inte helt ljudisolerat men i min gÄng som tur var det ej mÄnga störningsmoment, men trots det var det lyhört. I rummet hade hushÄllerskan ej fyllt pÄ tvÀtt och hudprodukterna samt nÀsdukar och intimavfallspÄsarna. Plus - Isabella i receptionen var helt underbar. Hon satte ribban för vistelsen redan vid ankomst. Professionell och lyhörd.

Det Àr fint och frÀscht men det kÀnns inte genuint och allt Àr krÄngligt. Tar lÄng tid att checka in. För allt Àr krÄngligt. Frukosten behöver förklaras- för det Àr krÄngligt. Och sen kÀnns det inte som att personalen sjÀlva ens vet vad som gÀller eller hur det funkar. För det Àr lite krÄngligt. Tvn pÄ rummet har varken kanaler eller cromcast. Det Àr smÄ grejer bara, Som gör att jag nog inte kommer vÀlja VOCO igen. Men det Àr i övrigt vÀldigt fint och personalen Àr jÀttegullig!

Sarebbe un ottimo Hotel, se non fosse per: 1. la pulizia va richiesta, altrimenti non viene fatta (nel nostro caso per due giorni non Ú stata fatta nonostante l'avessimo richiesta) 2. È abbastanza isolato, in un quartiere di uffici. Per arrivare alla metro o alla stazione del treno, ci sono 10-15 min a piedi (c'Ú anche un bus che ferma accanto all'hotel ma non Ú molto frequente) 3. La colazione Ú un po' carente di prodotti dolci Comunque nel complesso Ú un buon hotel molto moderno, la Spa con piscina, idromassaggio, bagno turco e sauna Ú un ottimo plus.
