Enjoyable stay
Very comfortable stay. The bed was great and there was plenty of hot water . A couple of suggestions: The vertical blinds in the living area were missing 12 slats (privacy?) and the wall clocks and the TV remotes were not working ( maybe need new batteries
Just what was needed for a ski trip. Only problem was that the hot tub was shut down, but that would be on the condo community rather than the owner of the rental unit.

The price was right
The price was right. It was warm, clean and dry. It's not the Ritz but did the job.
Good location, easily walkable to the Alchemist if you don't mind the hill. DC fast charging available at The Alchemist if you have an EV. Condo deck was nice on a cool summer evening playing card games.

View of the hills
This ground-level property is easy to access and has all as listed. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a great property feature to relax.
Inside, you will find TV, some books - but suggest bring your bath towels if like softer/bigger ones. There was also lack of warm blankets, but the heat works well in all spaces

Great location/ key to the door is horrible
The plane is in a great location to the MT. The lock/front door needs to be replaced it’s super hard to open the door. Bring your own shower head. The one there is very old.

Unique and rustic
Nothing really wrong with this place but nothing will wow you. This place seems to be sinking back into the mountainside it's built on and absolutely nothing is level. The decor is two parts church thrift shop, one part grandma's attic if she stuffed it full with 90s country kitsch. The bed is awful and the appliances are "special". That said, we enjoyed our stay and the place is a value deal if you aren't spending a lot of time in the unit (we didn't) and don't mind rustic. Plentiful if tiny bath towels. The balcony is amazing and the view is beautiful. Walkable to lots of great stuff.

Good property. Could use some updating, but clean and convenient!
Good property. Could use some updating, but clean and convenient!
It was difficult to get in, the key/doorknob didn’t work but was able to communicate with owner to find another key. There weren’t sheets for the bed but able to contact management who sent some over before bedtime.
Place smells like mold. WiFi is terrible and constantly disconnects. The second bathroom doesn’t work. Toilet doesn’t flush, shower with bath doesn’t work at all. The ceiling started ripping paint off the wall during our stay so bad we had to call maintenance because of a water leak and asked for money back and was NOT called by a manager like I was told I would be! Terrible terrible terrible!!!

Dated, unclean and disappointing.
This property is in an excellent location, but the condo itself was both dirty and outdated. Random trash, a dirty shower and lots of dust and dirt on the bed frame were an immediate turn off. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and the AC unit in the dining room area didn’t really help in the bedroom. The mattress is clearly very old and wildly uncomfortable as well.
If I were in town for a night and simply needed a bed and a hot shower, sure, this place would fit the bill. But for $500 over two nights you’d expect it to be clean, not have peeling furniture throughout and if there’s a no water consumption order in the entire complex, maybe someone could leave renters a few bottles in the fridge? Sorry, but for the $178 “rental fee” I’d expect it to at least have been cleaned and have some drinkable water on hand in the unit. Buyer beware.

Do not recommend
Luckily, we only stayed one night. We did not receive the confirmation email, had to call to get it sent. When we walked in there was a strong musty smell everywhere - there looked to be mold in the bathroom and brown water marks on the ceilings. Heat did not work in family room and could not figure out how to turn fireplace on. It was negative 8 degrees, so could not use family room as it was too cold. Called Vacasa, was on hold for 30 minutes, and when I did reached a rep they were unable to help and apologized for the experience; I was told someone would call me in the morning, no one did. I sent an email, no one answered. I left a private review, no one answered. All appliances were extremely outdated and bathrooms had holes in walls. All around, extremely disappointing. Vacasa is an amazing concept, but this property is going to hurt their reputation and they need a more responsive staff.

Not bad
Booked this place for one night (2 days before arrival) on the Friday of MLK 22 weekend. I needed a place with a separate bedroom and, for the price, it was as I expected. Access to the place was easy. Bedroom was perfect - bed was very comfortable. The place was warm and very clean. The sofa pullout was average (not unexpected). The black couch next to the TV in the pictures is not comfortable at all (tough to sit through just one period of the B's game...and they played well that night). Kitchen was dated but functional. Toaster had seen better days...needs to be replaced due to a broken handle... but I was able to MacGyver it and get a bagel toasted. Bathrooms were functional - but dated/below average....floors have a good amount of bounce to them. One of the toilets was broken so you had to shut off the water valve after it flushed - otherwise it ran. I'm sure they will fix that (I left a note). All manageable stuff - we were in at 6pm and checked out at 7:30am to ski. I could have paid an extra $200/night for a similar room layout (the only option I saw) on the Mountain with presumably a much higher quality of accommodations....but didn't seem worth it for one night. I assume there would have been more options with a better quality if I purchased more in advance. If you don't need the extra bedroom - you may get a higher quality place with a studio layout (or booking a motel/hotel).

One of the worst rentals we have ever had.
The toaster, microwave and tv did not work. Ceiling and wall cracks, water leak stains on living room ceiling, very dated furnishings and a terrible musty odor necessitating open windows.
The gas fireplace exploded and sent sparks out onto the rug while we were there.
