Mountainside Resort has issued a do-not-drink water mandate due to high PFAS levels. Water is also available at the Mountainside office and pool area. Additionally, the owner has provided drinkable water in the unit. Water should only be used in instances where it is not being consumed.

No matter if the snow is falling outdoors or the autumn leaves are beginning to change, you'll love coming home each afternoon to a fully appointed kitchen, a light-filled living room that connects to an outdoor deck, and a snug den space where you can watch TV. On the resort grounds, you'll even have access to shared amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a tennis court, and a barbecue area with a communal charcoal grill.

This condo sits near the heart of Stowe village, with the historic center of town less than two miles east and such local favorites as The Alchemist (down the road) and Idletyme Brewing Company (half a mile south) located within a short walk. The base of Stowe Mountain Resort is six miles northwest, where you'll find 116 ski trails, 12 lifts, and 485 skiable acres of terrain on the slopes of Mt. Mansfield (the highest peak in Vermont) and Spruce Peak. In addition to world-class skiing and snowboarding all winter, Stowe offers ZipTour and TreeTop Adventures, the Stowe Rocks Climbing Center, the Gondola SkyRide, and the Summer Adventure Camp to enjoy in the warmer months. You'll also be less than a mile west of the Stowe Country Club if you're looking to practice your drive and 10 miles north of the Ben & Jerry's Factory and Flavor Graveyard.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
