I found the staff extremely helpful going above and beyond what's expected. The rooms are small, but this was exactly what I needed. The location is excellent; public transportation is easily accessible, and the town centre is only a few minutes on foot. I did not try the provided breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

The hotel was still a construction site. The hotel has still been taking reservations from customers, only to cancel them. Unfortunately, my reservation was not cancelled, and I arrived at a construction site. I complained to hotels.com, but they have not replied.

Det var svært at gennemskue parkeringsforhold og personalet var alt andet en behjælpelig. Fik afvide at personale at de ikke selv havde bil så de kunne desværre ikke rådgive om parkeringen på gaden foran hotellet. Man burde som hotel personale kunne give information om hvordan parkeringsforhold fungerer når der er oplyst som en del af hotellets facilitet. Derudover havde vi booket 2 værelser og kom med 3 børn. Først vidste personalet ikke at der var to værelse på vores booking og gav os kun nøgle til et værelse. Personalet var overrasket over at vi havde to værelser og måtte give os to værelser i fuldstændig modsatte ender af hotellet, hvilket ikke er tilfredsstillende når man rejser med små børn. Alt i alt elendig service. Vi kom under hedebølge og værelset på tagetagen var ulideligt at sove i. Ingen AC og utrolig høj rumtemperatur uden mulighed for at skabe gennemtræk. Derudover et fint hotel hvis man bare skal have et sted at sove for natten.

Prevoir transport en commun.

Hotel confortable....mais dommage....il est ecrit parking .....qui est a 4euros de l'heure....pas plus de 4h ....enfin compliqué...( nous ne l'avons vu que sur place ) ça gâche le séjour. Ça n'était pas prévu dans mon budget de 48h .

Tout l’hôtel et les chambres sont vieilles délabrées et on m’a donné une chambre avec l’encadrement de la porte massacré je ne sais depuis cmb de temps. Cependant le personnel a essayé de m’arranger. L’hôtel a vraiment besoin d’une rénovation totale c’est une nécessité. Je n’y retournerais plus sous ce standing
