Fantastic place. Beautiful. Great breakfast options. Close to everything but it’s a small town, not really difficult to walk. Big room and bathroom, loads of space. They had fresh flowers and a chocolate Santa for us our first night. The flowers lasted for our stay, the Santa not so much 😅

Amazing hotel close to so many things. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Elevator is extremely small which we have encountered on this trip. Only suggestions for them is to get smaller softer pillows.

It was generally positive. Condition of the room and hotel was good. Design of the standard room was good, especially spacious bathroom made our life easier. It was clean in general. Staff was super helpful and friendly. We had several extra demands like different pillows and slippers and they answered all our needs pretty quickly.

Die Zimmer sind klein aber sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet. Einziger Nachteil: die Parkgarage ist seeeehr eng und flach (1,80m hoch), so dass nicht jedes Auto rein passt. Es hat 20 Minuten und 2 extra Personen gebraucht, um meinen Skoda Enyak 2 Etagen nach unten auf unseren Platz zu navigieren, ohne einen Kratzer rein zu bekommen. Das Auto hat den Warnton eines Zusammenstoßes als Dauerton gespielt, so eng war das alles.

We had a lovely 8 nights at the Diana Dauphine Hotel. A very warm welcome when we arrived and the breakfast team did a great job presenting and constantly keeping the extensive buffet well stocked. The rooms are spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful city of Strasbourg and all it has to offer. Plenty to see and do here, with the opportunity of trips put to other beautiful towns. We would definitely return.

Gerçekten çok mutlu olarak iki gün boyunca bu otelde konakladık şehir çok güzel merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Görülecek çok fazla yer var. Otelin her şeyi harika çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve özenli. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve lezzetli. Sadece asansörleri biraz küçük o da binanın eski olmasından kaynaklanıyor sanırım.

Accueil très agréable. Le problème est la location de la chambre juste au dessus de la rue dans lequel passe un tramway jusqu'à minuit et demi.Impossble de dormir même avec des bouchons d'oreilles. Donc,demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue!

Je viens régulièrement à l'hôtel Diana Dauphine. Le gros point négatif de cet hôtel est vraiment le fait qu'il n'y a aucune prise de chaque côté du lit, il n'y en a qu'au niveau du bureau dont la prise est très loin du lit ce qui est vraiment problématique quand on a besoin de charger son téléphone la nuit et qu'il sert en même temps de réveil comme ça doit être le cas pour la majorité des personnes. Surtout que l'hôtel a été rénové très récemment, vraiment dommage...

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet vollkommen ausreichend (Klein aber Fein !). Die Zimmer sauber und angenehm. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man die Stadt Straßburg gut erkunden; ob zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder öffentliche Fortbewegungsmittel. Ein kleiner Hacken war, dass unser Auto (SUV) aufgrund der größe in die Hotelgarage nicht gepasst hat... Es gibt aber umliegend Parkhäuser, wo das Auto untergebracht werden kann. Die Unterkunft ist auf jedenfall weiterzuempfehlen !
