Located 700m from Strasbourg city center and 450m from the SNCF train station, this magnificent 65m² apartment, comfortable and modern, is ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, holidays or work. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

It consists



a living/dining room with television and two double sofa beds,

an open equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),

a bedroom with a double bed,

a bathroom with shower and washing machine,

a separate toilet.

A balcony with a table and two chairs is at your disposal.



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator).



Facade renovation work will take place in November and December 2024. It is possible that certain equipment will not be accessible during the stay (shutters, balcony, etc.)



All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

cleaning will be done,

the beds will be made with clean sheets, and the necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal,

clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

This quiet and residential area has many local shops and is close to the Place des Halles shopping center.



The apartment has a cot (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15 kg and aged under 3) and a high chair. Remember to take bed linen for the cot, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or to book the "baby bed linen" option at an additional cost.

If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
