Tutto come da aspettative. Non fatevi ingannare dal piccolo ingresso..... Camera ampia, pulita, bollitore, biscottini. Ottima colazione, salato e dolce di qualità, abbondante e con molta scelta. The pictures online and the room itself not quite the same. The location is ideal to access all the Xmas markets but can get loud at night noise wise from the tram below. The room is outdated in my opinion and felt grungy. Not worth the $$.

The location was fantastic! It was a 15 minute walk from the train station and the cathedral. The Christmas market was literally at the front door. Our only issue was that the blow dryer did not work, and nothing was done when we asked about it.

Nice sized room with ample space to walk around. Separate toilet with door, with shower/sink in separate room with door. Excellent location on Place Kleber and tram stop immediately outside the hotel. Did not eat breakfast here. Only dislike was that bag storage upon arrival was fine, but they charged $5/bag post checkout.
