Fun place with the best staff.

We three ladies enjoyed our very comfortable stay here and couldn’t have been happier with the staff, their kindness and hospitality was above and beyond. Breakfast was great too.

Must-visit for a car person, a good stay for anyone else. Amazing location with beautiful garden with a perfect event venue. Lovely shop with great service. Good location for countryside exploration.

Lovely chilled atmosphere, room was great, comfy bed, very clean bathroom, great view over car park watching visitors heading home. Only downside was the very limited breakfast as the chef was not available, wouldn't put us off another stay though.

Petrolhead Heaven

Outstanding! Petrolhead Heaven! Friendly greetings and helpful staff aplenty, from the CarPark marshalls to the folk sorting breakfast the next morning. Amazing atmosphere too. If you like cars and Motorsport, just go there!

Top End Room Rate - Below Average Experience

£140 was top end and this stay did not warrant the cost of the room. The room was clean and well-presented but no desk or chair to sit at was required as on business. The Cafe was basic with limited menu, No cooked breakfast just a breakfast basket which I had not anticipated. Milk is shared from a communal fridge on the landing. Upon arrival and loaded with bags I had to navigate a packed bar area and wait to be served with my room key. The Car gatherings outside were interesting but this was a disappointing experience given the room rate charged. I will not be back.

Great stay, very helpful staff. Bit of confusion over breakfast as we were told it would be a continental left outside of our room, but actually it was a great breakfast roll in the restaurant.

Quirky.. different… you got to visit!

Quirky pub/cafe hotel for petrol heads. We loved our 2 nights there. Great location for popping into Stratford or touring the Cotswolds. Menu limited but cooked well, fish and chips would be a good addition. Breakfast left outside the door in a hamper .

Unhappy stay

Basic for £120 per night. Breakfast qas included but noone was around at 7:30.The door to the bar was locked.No cars in the carpark and am sure i was the only person in the building all night.Had to goto a macdonalds for Breakfast.

Fun and casual in Stratford upon Avon

Caffeine + Machine was a fun and interesting place to stay. There is a casual and friendly atmosphere, and a helpful and friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable and the picnic basket breakfast that was provided in the morning was very nice. We enjoyed sitting under the trees in the evening and having a cool drink on a warm day. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We arrived to discover that the "hotel" is actually a place for people with cars to meet up!!! The "hotel" would appear to be an add on to a car show & merchandise shop. There were dozens of cars lined up, with hundreds of people looking at them. Boys and their toys kind of place. Suped-up cars and their owners drinking & showing them off until gone 10pm. We arrived and we advised to park around the back. We then tried to find reception, which we never did find. No one to ask initailly, so went into the shop and asked. We were told to go to "the bar". So, we went to the bar to join a queue of people ordering alcohol, from a single server. This seemed wholly inappropriate, so I went to find someone else. I asked 4 people and they all said join the queue at the bar! Utterly shocking that hotel guests are treated like this. My husband went around the queue and inquired as to how we book in. They server said to wait for someone! In total we waited almost 20 minutes to be seen. At which point I was cross, my husband annoyed and our autistic son in a state of anxiety. We expressed our disdain, which they apologised for, but couldnt answer why they is no reception. We were led to our room.... up 1.5 flights of stairs and no lift. Room was spacious and clean. But we could hear the noise outside our window all night. It was also stiflingly in the room despite a mediocre fan. Couldn't open the window due to noice & car fumes. Breakfast was lovely, but took a long time to arrive.
It's a car meet first, then a bar and a hotel somewhere down the list of priorities.
It's a place for a car meet. Suped-up cars and lots of people wandering and drinking - until 10pm.

The whole reason to stay at Caffeine & Machine is for the cars. All day, everyday, the yard has an ever changing assortment of vehicles coming through, this is supported by having a great pub with a good selection of food and drinks. Be aware that this is a busy pub and it can be noisey until quite late on some nights, but ear plugs are provided in the rooms for this reason. The staff were all great, happy to help and doing it all with a smile. I couldn't be happier with my stay and will definitely be returning as soon a s possible.

All staff were very kind & helpful even though I was the one that made a mistake on a pizza order. They were very helpful in finding us a taxi even though the taxi driver hung up on her 5 times! She persevered to ensure we were picked up on time. Highly recommend this place❤️

Fantastic set-up

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were super attentive and managed to squeeze us in at very late notice for rooms and dinner. Quick & easy booking system & even called to query something on my booking to make sure correct. Breakfast was a fantastic set-up with an individual hamper! Loved it, thank you
