"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid

"This was a lovely quiet location which was very relaxing.
The property we stayed in was lovely,my only disappointment was the bed was uncomfortable and both pillows were really flat.
This however would not put us off staying again,we would just bring along our own pillows,and although the bed wasn’t very comfy,we could cope with this just for one night.
Other than this ,we enjoyed our stay,and would definately return ."

"It's a strange place. Part apart’otel, part WeWork, part self catering. Seems to connect with a Hyatt next door and not clear where one begins and the other ends. Communicating doors between some rooms means you can hear your neighbours chatting and even breathing at. "The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and kind. The breakfast was quite simple, but I was happy to have something available nonetheless. The location is excellent, a quick walk from main attractions!"
