We arrived by train which was less than ideal as it is up a steep hill. Best to come by car. Having arrived there it was an ideal retreat and handy for a visit to the Bastion Bridge.
Also has great views over Saxony Switzerland.
Skønneste lille hotel, med udsigt til Bastei. Gode vandrestier lige udenfor døren. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Eneste minus var, at restuarenten havde frokost og aften lukket mandag og tirsdag. Rigtig fin lille morgenbuffet.
Wunderschönes Resort mitten in der Natur mit tollem Blick auf die Bastei. Alle sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffett lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Bastei und Rauensteine wohnt man hier in absoluter Ruhe auf einem lichten Hochplateau über Rathen. Alles sieht neu aus und ist sehr gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Comfort DZ war geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet. Im winzigen Bad hatte alles seinen Platz. Mit einer Person war das Bad dann allerdings auch überfüllt. Einige Details hinterließen jedoch einen negativen Beigeschmack. Man konnte viele Extrawünsche äußern, die auch gern erfüllt wurden. Die meisten jedoch nur gegen eine Gebühr. Im Fall von Kopfkissen ist das in der Hotelbranche eher unüblich, zumal eins unserer Kopfkissen diesen Namen kaum verdiente so schlaff und verklumpt, wie es war. Wir waren begeistert über das Angebot von Lademöglichkeiten von E-Autos. Die pauschale Gebühr pro Nacht war allerdings für Nutzer eines Plug-In Hybrid Autos fünf mal höher als die sonst maximalen Ladekosten. Es ist schade, diese Nutzergruppe auszugrenzen. Über ein Tablet auf dem Zimmer konnte man u.a. Saunazeit buchen (ohne Gebühr!) und bekam umgehend die Nachricht, dass der Saunaschlüssel an der Rezeption bereitliegt. Nur davon wusste das Personal leider nichts. Hat trotzdem noch geklappt. Das Frühstückbuffet ist super! Die kleine Abendkarte war erlesen und das Essen schmeckte hervorragend. Nach zwei Tagen musste man aber wieder von vorn anfangen. Ein wechselndes Tagesmenü wäre angenehm gewesen.
Wir sind extrem begeistert. Komfort, Lage, Frühstück, Freundlichkeit - alles hat gestimmt. Wir sind mit Hund gereist, den wir sogar mit in den Frühstücksraum/Restaurant mitnehmen konnten. Die Lage des Hotels mit Blick auf die Bastei ist toll. Ein wenig den Berg runter und man ist in Rathen. Zur Bastei kann man also zu Fuß wandern. Es gibt im Hotel zwei schöne Saunen: eine finnische und eine Dampfsauna. Bademantel und Handtücher sind im Zimmer bzw. Saunabereich. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant lässt sich sehr gut essen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel sehr gerne weiter!
Wir waren übers Wochenende hier und waren sehr zufrieden.Das dazugebuchte Frühstück war sehr gut,es war alles vorhanden, um ausgiebig zu frühstücken. Personalbedingt/krankheitsbedingt, war es leider nicht möglich, als wir nach 18Uhr zurückkamen, noch ein Getränk als Absacker zu erwerben, das war das Einzige, was nicht ganz so schön war. Ansonsten war es sehr perfekt, die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir können den Laasenhof jedem empfehlen. Der Ausblick und die Lage ist genau das richtige um runterzukommen,oder Wanderungen und Tagestrips zu unternehmen.
Reisende mit Koffer sollten unbedingt Hoteliers nach transfer bitten, da Hotel auf dem Hügel liegt und nur durch viele Treppen erreichbar ist. Transfer war ohne Probleme organisiert. Vielen Dank!!
Hotellet ligger dejligt og i god gåafstand til vandreruter og Elben. Hotellet er pænt (dog ikke et resort) og meget venligt personale. Vi havde 2 overnatninger men der blev ikke redt senge eller skiftet håndklæder mellem overnatningerne.
Maden er bestemt ikke noget at skrive hjem om.
