In the centre of Utvik 29 m from the centre of Sandane, 43 km from the centre of Stryn, 80 km from the centre of Førde, 60 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. Terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 29 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 60 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m.
"Krampehaugen", 6-room house 60 m2. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: open living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, floor heating.
