"This is my fourth stay at Hyatt Place. The hotel is in a great location in DC. The hotel is within walking distance of the Convention Center, the Metro and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean with good amenities. One of the reasons I keep returning is the staff, especially Guillermo. The staff provides great customer service. I highly recommend this hotel. As a guest, I especially enjoyed the Happy Hour from 5–6 p.m., which included two complimentary cocktails and discounts on dining — such a nice touch that made the evening even more enjoyable. Honestly, I wish I could’ve stayed longer — it was such a relaxing and well-thought-out experience. I’ll definitely be back!"
