Welcome to our bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Stupava, just a short drive from Bratislava, set on the second floor of our family’s beautifully renovated traditional winemaker’s house.
This is more than simply a place to stay. The house is part of our family history and Stupava’s long winemaking tradition.
Our grandfather Leopold was a skilled craftsman and winemaker who worked with his hands and cared for the house and vineyard with pride. Wine was made here as part of everyday family life, and we have tried to preserve that character while carefully renovating the property for modern comfort.
To continue Leopold’s tradition of hospitality, a complimentary bottle of wine will be waiting for you when you arrive.
The Space
The apartment offers two separate bedrooms, a spacious central living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, making it ideal for families, couples, friends and longer stays.
Bedroom 1 has two large beds and a baby crib. Bedroom 2 has one large bed plus an additional single bed when required.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, coffee table and built-in storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle and dining table.
The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
Private Garage & EV Charging
Guests have access to a private garage with space for up to two cars.
An EV charger is also available, making the property especially convenient for guests traveling through Slovakia or visiting Bratislava by electric vehicle.
The garage and parking area are only a few steps from the apartment entrance, making unloading luggage easy.
Your Own Private Apartment
The entire second-floor apartment is exclusively yours during your stay.
It has its own entrance via an outdoor spiral staircase from the private parking area. At the entrance is a small balcony-style area with outdoor seating where you can relax with a coffee or glass of wine.
Please note that the apartment is accessible only by stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or very heavy luggage.

We wanted to preserve more than just an old building. The house represents the craftsmanship, vineyard culture and family traditions that were once an important part of everyday life in Stupava.
Grandfather Leopold’s connection to craftsmanship and winemaking remains part of the character of the property today. By staying here, you are staying in a small piece of that family history—now carefully restored for a new generation of guests.
