Everything was fantastic except as others have mentioned no ventilation or AC. Left windows open but traffic noise and sirens make for a difficult sleep. Otherwise it was absolutely a great stay and lovely hotel.

NO AC!

The lack of A/C and too hot a room, plus too soft beds, required opening the windows to all the sirens and noise and an uncomfortable lack of sleep. Plus, the Can-opener was broken and NO ONE to call to get a replacement. The "soft-bed" was very lumpy and quite uncomfortable.

I booked my stay weeks in advance, followed the online check instructions the day before check in as instructed. However when I arrived in Stuttgart, the check in office was closed and no one was answering the numbers listed on the office door or on Expedia. I walked around several streets trying to get info and eventually went to The jaz hotel. The reception tried contacting cloud 7 and indicated that poor communication was a common problem with that company. I then received an email from cloud 7 informed that they were overbooked and putting me in a room at Jaz. I checked in to jaz abc was given a standard room. However my original booking with cloud 7 was for a private apartment with balcony and kitchen. What I got at jaz was not the type of accommodation I wanted or paid for. Still no communication from cloud 7 regarding an apology or a refund. This is absolutely insane and ruined my European vacation

Was mich gestört hat, das war aber das einzige, ist, dass im Zimmer die Stehleuchte am Sofa defekt war, im Schlafbereich der Fernseher fehlte und sich die Jalousien elektrisch nicht senken ließen.

Super Aufenthalt... gerne wieder

Tolles Zimmer, mit super Ausstattung. Alles top suaber und modern. Lediglich der Straßenlärm war etwas störend. Die Rezeption ist etwas versteckt um die Ecke. Das Parkhaus des Einkaufcenters unter dem Hotel, ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe 60 € für eine Nacht bezahlt. Das ist unverschämt.

Ein sicheres Appartement, da man nur mit einer codierten Karte mit dem Aufzug nach oben kommt und diese Karte dann auch das Zimmer öffnet. Nebenan ist ein rosiges Einkauszentrum in dem man Essen, Kaffee trinken oder auch einkaufen oder auch nur bummeln kann. Der einzige Nachteil unseres Appartements war, dass es genau gegenüber der Polizeiwache lag und die Polizei in dieser Nacht 2mal mit vollem Signal losfuhr. Das war laut! Ansonsten war alles super konzipiert, auf kleinem Raum war alles untergebracht, vom Sofa, über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Spülmaschine, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher jeweils mit Kapseln bzw. Teebeutel usw. . Dazu einen Tisch mit 2 bequemen Stühlen, ein großes Bett mit großem Fernseher, der sozusagen der Raumtrenner war. Auch das Bad war pfiffig gelöst. Auf kleinem Raum gab es alles was man braucht! Und dann noch einen riesigen Balkon mit super Blick und Sitzgelegenheit!

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar bis zum Apartment begleitet. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und man hatte mehr als ausreichend Platz. Leider hatte das Apartment einen unangenehmen „muffigen“ Geruch. Die Küche hatte eine solide Grundausstattung. Leider war hier aber die Kochplatte einmal längs zerbrochen und die Spülmaschine war noch voll vom Vorgänger. Insgesamt machte das Apartment ein sehr heruntergewirtschafteten Eindruck. Dies hätte uns eig eher weniger gestört. Aber leider war es auch sehr schmutzig überall und nur bedingt (oberflächlich) geputzt. So hatten wir auch vom Vorgänger noch vereinzelt Haare im Waschbecken gefunden. Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage und eine sofortige S-, und U-Bahnanbindung . Das anreisen mit dem Auto war erst mal verwirrend. Man hatte keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Wurden dann in das Parkhaus vom Nachbarhotel geschickt was pro Tag 25€ kostet. Für uns leider vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis etwas zu teuer. Aber wir hatten trotzdem ein schönes Wochenende.

Très cosy

Stuttgart était une première étape de mon tour des grandes villes allemandes. Je peux dire que mon voyage a super bien commencé car je me suis arrêté dans ce confortable apparthotel très bien situé. Il se trouve près de la gare centrale et d'un centre commercial. Mon appartement était confortable, bien équipé, joliment décoré et propre. Très cosy. Je disposais également d'une magnifique vue sur la ville.

Bessere Handhabe in der Kommunikation, Verbesserter Telefonservice bzgl. Erreichbarkeit der Manager, weil der Schlüssel im Fach mit Code war und keine E-Mails erhalten und bei Anruf und 10x nachfragen wer mir jetzt helfen kann um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Glücklicherweise konnte ich auf Eigeninitiative in das Bürooffice gehen und die Buchungbestätigen lassen.. da jemand noch da war.. könnte sie mir helfen und ich aufs Zimmer.. hab aber auch 10min. vor der Tür gewartet.. aber es hat funktioniert.. 我預定兩晚，我們當天晚上check in一個小時我們就搬出來立刻換別的飯店、房間沒冷氣，而且只有一次小小的電扇，再加上房間非常不通風，一分鐘都不想呆不下去，其實讓人吐血，電話聯絡問Wi-Fi密碼一問三不知，推薦各位絕對不要入住，這家有夠差的公寓酒店
