I had a minor fall on arrival and the receptionist went out of his way to ensure I was well looked after, Thanks I’d suggest some improved lighting at the car park entrance to the hotel, or at least painting of the step to make it easier to see and hopefully avoid any further falls.

Ok stay but great location for train

Was ok for a short stay with convenience to train. Room was small for 3 people. No temperature control but did have a fan. Shower setup in the bathtub was REALLY strange. Check their bathroom pics. Service and breakfast were good. Small elevator but easy access to parking garage.

Like most German French and English hotels even though they advertise Air Conditioning it does not work. You can open a window and some give you a fan. WORTHLESS. False advertising

Don't stay here and if you do refuse room 409

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times without a problem. I stayed in room 409 which was a Queen room for single occupancy. The room was very small and whilst it had a nice desk for my computer, there were only 2 available and both were difficult to use. In addition the door to the bathroom didn't open fully (this was part of the design) so a large person would have difficulty gaining access. The breakfast was very expensive and compared to other hotels in the area didn't have any hot items other than boiled eggs) and there was no variation over the 4 days I stayed. I only stayed at the hotel as it had 24 hour reception and I had a late flight into Stuttgart. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!

This hotel is one of the worst I've been in a long time. Check-in staff was AMAZING, I can give them that, he spoke four if not five language. The room was the start of the disaster. Bathroom floor drain would overflow when taking your shower, with dirty water and flood the whole floor of the bathroom. Bathroom was not clean and dirty. The bed was dirty. The duvet had hair and dirt all over them and the pillows as well. No AC nor ventillation so only way to breath in that micro room is to open the windows which are inconvenient (They open over the bed, so if you are tall, watch your head) and then you get the noise all day and night. The hotel is right next to the train station, police station, hospital and fire station. It will wake you up every 2-5 minutes with siren.
