"It was a nice experience overall, but lacked any wow factor. The Conrad itself was fine and the pool was a good thing to have access to. The beach is lovely. Overall though it was very expensive and the food at the Conrad itself was too expensive. The wider resort was more reasonable but not up to the its 4 star rating. We wouldn’t go again but whilst each element was fine it was too much money for the overall experience."

"Very clean hotel with a good selection breakfast. Is located on a short walk to the main area, they offer free parking on the propery . The staff was friendly and provided us with information regarding restaurants and directions. "

"A mio parere, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di un rinnovamento generale. Inoltre, per una struttura che si presenta come di alto livello, sarebbe opportuno investire maggiormente nella formazione del personale. Ho avuto l’impressione che parte dello staff, molto giovane e con poca esperienza, non avesse sempre una chiara comprensione del proprio ruolo e degli standard di servizio richiesti. Credo che ci sia un ampio margine di miglioramento e che la struttura possa...

"The personal was very attentive and helpful. The property could be perfect if they fix some little details. Like the streets around which were with trash (from the tourists). Also some ecological measures could be implemented to take care of this beautiful location. Beds also are not to confortable for us, but we enjoy our stay. "

"Ten minutes from town. Great location for exploring area. Hostest very helpful. Wifi was restrictive with only 30 minutes allowed at a time,very annoying. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at the resort; not too crowded when we where there, only things we missed would suggest is gym facility, tv screen was a bit small and some Coffee/Tea / water facilities in the room ( apart from the mini bar), beautiful location and easy to get info Pula. And surroundings"
