muy agradable

Sin duda lo mejor de todo la amabilidad del personal, tanto en recepción que son encantadoras, como personal de comedor, etc. Eso si, para ser un 4 estrellas lo veo un poco justito, el wifi con muchos fallos, la habitación agradable pero sin grandes cosas y el buffet un poco escaso, no en cantidad pero sí en variedad. Pero en general la estancia fue agradable

accueil exceptionnel. personnel" se mettant en quatre" pour vous informer (appel d'un serveur parlant Français, infos pratiques et touristiques, réservation gratuitement de billets de visite...) Hotel charmant et confortable en plein cœur de la nature, calme même si l'insonorisation du couloir n'est pas parfaite. Piscine confortable et bien aménagée.

El hotel está muy cerca de suances santillana de mar.... el personal que trabaja es muy amable te dan toda la información que necesites recomiendan sitios para visitar si cenas en el hotel recomiendo la mariscada para dos es perfecta buen servicio y buena calidad por poner alguna pega la cama puede mejorar pero no es para no poder dormir lo recomiendo 100%

Habitacion amplia y confortable

Buena hubicacion del hotel para conocer el entorno, aunque un poco lejos de las playas. Y se echa en falta una terraza con tendedero para secar la ropa de baño. El desayuno y la comida, tipo buffet, buenos y abundantes. El trato amable.

muy caro y no se merecen las 4 estrellas, muy agradables, pero sin aire acondicionado, las paredes de papel y las habitaciones bastante simples, aparte de la limitación de productos del baño. 90€ para que nos den un bote de champu y otro de gel para dos personas, me parece bastante escaso. Aunque el trato del personal ha sido muy bueno.

Fue una estancia muy agradable con un trato muy amable y familiar.las instalaciones estupendas y solamente nos quedamos con ganas de disfrutar del hermoso jardín debido al mal tiempo. Volveremos seguro.

DECEPCION

Sales con sensacion de haber estado en una pension. La imagen que proyecta se desvanece nada mas entrar,En las habitaciones se oye absolutamente todo,niños,coches,ruidos,por no decir que las cortinas no tapan completamente la ventana y por la mañana entra la claridad como un proyectil. La decoracion de la habitacion es inexistente.el minibar es una nevera que han dejado hay en medio y que te recuerda cada vez que se pone en marcha que esta ahi. Resumiendo mala ubicacion, buena fachada,pesimo el resto.

Un hotel estupendo, genial para ir con niños

La habitación amplia y muy cómoda, el desayuno bueno y había bastante para elegir. Fuimos con un bebé y una niña y estuvieron pendientes en todo momento en el comedor de que estuviéramos cómodos y tuvieran de todo. El personal de recepción nos informó muy bien acerca de cosas para ver durante nuestra estancia. Nos encantó

Relación calidad-precio mala. Es buena calidad, pero muy caro. Parece que le sobra alguna de esas 4 estrellas que tiene. Se echa de menos algún servicio extra, o ciertos detalles de un hotel de esa categoría. El personal muy agradable, y muy amable sobre todo con los niños; pero resulta curioso ver al mismo que está en recepción, corriendo escaleras arriba y abajo sirviendo mesas en el comedor.

A Lovely Hotel - Would Definitely Book There Again

We stayed overnight in Hotel Marfrei having driven across Spain from Murcia before getting the ferry from Santander the following day. The location of the hotel and the building itself is pretty, quiet and picturesque, we had a lovely view over the Cantabrian countryside from our room. The room itself was spacious with a good-sized ensuite bathroom, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were also very friendly and accomodating. My only slight negative was the quality of the breakfast, there was quite a small range of items in the buffet but I suspect a lot of this was down to the time of year and not many guests in the hotel (we stayed one night mid week). However, they did cook you fresh bacon and eggs if you wanted it - otherwise a couple of cereals, rolls and cakes, some ham and cheese, and bread for toasting. Overall, we paid around 60 Euros for both of us for a one night stay, the hotel is good enough as a base for longer stays and for the price we paid, the slightly lacking breakfast wasn't a big issue.

El hotel me ha gustado, se ve que han puesto interés especial en la decoración y también la limpieza es destacable. En recepción tienen una chica que es una mina de información para los turistas despistados y que es además muy simpática. El entorno es precioso, aunque hay que decir que tienes que ir con coche a cualquier sitio. Más bien como critica constructiva apuntaría la necesidad de mejorar unos detalles simples en el desayuno, que seguro los clientes valoraríamos muy positivamente: un buen café y un zumo de mejor calidad.
