"I encountered several issues during my check-in process. The staff member at reception was also responsible for working the bar, which resulted in long queues and a very slow check-in experience. Furthermore, the first two keys I was provided did not work. Each time I had to return to the desk to resolve this, I had to wait for 10 minutes and then 15 minutes respectively. Ultimately, I had to be moved to a different room. On a positive note, I would like to mention that the young man who worked the reception in the evening was super helpful. His ability to speak English was a significant bonus and greatly improved my experience. "

"We are very impressive with this vineyard hotel. The house is pretty sitting quietly next to a small town and surrounded by grapes plant. They have two cute donkeys, four geese’s, a few goats and bunch of chickens which we enjoy sometime with. We love the view from our balcony, from kitchen, even from the bathroom! It provides relaxing countryside vibe to us. The manager is also very helpful. "

"Highly recommend staying here. The breakfast is outstanding, possibly the best we have ever had anywhere. The owners are lovely, interesting and knowledgeable. The area is incredible for cycling and the owners can point you to the best rental facilities around. There is an evening picnic option which is delicious - warm fresh bread, can add cheese, meats, wines/cava and Martha made us delicious salads. Lovely option after a long day of cycling. Would rebook in an instant!"

"We were here on a whim. Really you are coming to this town to try amazing chocolate and taste excellent Cava. We also got to be part of a festival that it seems the entire town turns out for (check it out every 7-8 September (really 6-9th). You are not going to be at the hotel much. The hotel was basic and had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful and the service was great! It’s simple, clean, and such a short walk to everywhere in town! The pool on the rooftop was refreshing, and gave us a perfect view of the location. Best pizza I have had was at a restaurant nearby (Picorolos). Take the time, enjoy the unwind, taste the chocolate - worry about the tiny details in the hotel room another day. "

"We just got back from an amazing stay in Villarosa. We had 3 generations and the house was a perfect fit for everyone. 2 lower level bedrooms for our older family members and the beautiful and well maintained pool for the kids. We had several days enjoying the pool all day, the kids (and adults) loved the entire outside area. Julie and Ricardo both went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Julie sent me lots of local recommendations were were great, including calling a local favorite restaurant to let them know we were coming. Once we arrived the owner came to greet us and we had an amazing meal. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!"
