"It is an older hotel but maintained well. We stayed here before and after our cruise and will do it again. The employees are very friendly and will help you if they can. They have a security guard 24/7. The front door is locked. They have coffee and cold water for you all the time. The AC is a quiet AC being an older building. Walking distance to the Parket and the needle."

"We had a wonderful time at this hidden gem property in Fremont. Walking distance to the zoo, Green Lake, and shopping/restaurants in both Fremont, Wallingford, and Phinney Ridge. It was quiet, clean, and everything we needed for a quick weekend get-away, but would also be great for longer stays. Also, great communication from the host, who lives on site."

"I will start by saying Renee was a great host, helpful, quick to respond and made things easy for me. The kitchen and living room were comfortable and well stocked. The garden and neighborhood were lovely and parking right out front always available. I did have some logistical issues with the bedroom and bath that might be particular to me. There isn’t a closet in the bedroom, just a bench so I had to create piles that kept spilling on the bench . There is a wardrobe in the living room but no pants hangers. The bathroom was miniscule. Had to sidle my way in and around it - and I’m a small person ! And there’s no place to store anything in the bathroom so I had to do this awkward dance putting my toiletries on a bench in the hall, and go back and forth with one item at a time as I got ready. This all made the time there feel unsettled and not at ease. If these things don’t bother you , then I’d recommend it whole heartedly."
