"Overall on a 16 day stay with the H4 being close to where I needed to be i was happy. Unfortunately during a 16 day stay things happen and they did all brought to receptions attention. The room was fine but the bathroom was below standard and when having a shower the bathroom flooded, I had to improvise a solution myself which got me by ok. Surely this sort of problem was already known by the hotel. The bathroom was sub standard and also had mold clearly visible. My room was on a every 3rd day clean cycle unfortunately after 5 days not being cleaned I had to ask reception to intervene which they did then it was cleaned 2 days in a row and on the second clean my room door was left completely open after the cleaners had finisehd, not ajar but completely open, also reported to reception and totally unacceptable. Reception management did mention they would talk to the hotel manager and organise a refund, that has not happened yet. Breakfast at the H4 was great as always."

"This is a fine value hotel which offers everything you basically need. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the corridor by the entry, but for this price you can't expect them in the room. The room are fine and the shower, towels, bedding and TV were fine/good. The staff member was excellent. The car park was excellent but reserve in advance. Easily walkable into the town which makes it ideal for a stay and night out. We ate in the excellent Indian restaurant where it was just so busy you knew it'd be great and it was: India Haus and enjoy!"

"Comfortable clean room on the 1st floor annex looking into the garden with double doors and electrical blinds. Great shower. Good base to go to Lüneburg. The breakfast was very good, lots on offer, hot or cold."
