"We had no issues. Staff was very nice and attentive. This is okay for a 1 or 2 night stay. The building is older and need some remodeling and can stand some upgrades on the appliances, but they worked just old and rusted. Air is cold and water is hot. Bed is very soft. Breakfast was decentannd simple. Bagels, toast, muffin assortment no waffle or pancake if you are looking. Would stay again for a short stay."

"We had an awesome stay here. It’s very close to times square and we were able to hop on public transit to get there. It was a short bus ride away. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very responsive to my needs. The complementary breakfast was sufficient. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will say the pool is a lot smaller than it appears in the photos, but it was still nice to have that option and we did utilize it."

"Muy lindo hotel, limpio y con gran desayuno. El hall es impresionante y los jardines muy lindos. El gym chico pero sirve. Le falta a la zona un poco mas de opciones de comida. Pero vale la pena."
