"There was a strong smell of smoke in the hallway."

"Do not recommend staying here ever. Ehen we first arrived there was a hispanic man on his cell phone in the lobby with speaker phone like he was in his living room. This is suppose to be a smoke free hotel and the elevator stunk like nasty cigarrettes and being allergic to this smell made it horrible. Once we got to the room, as soon as we opened the door, the stench of urine hit us in the face. Wallpaper coming off the walls, water damage on all the walls, couch was torn up, outlet hanging off the wall with wires exposed, carpet felt damp, luggage cart had what looked like blood stains on it and again the smell was gag inducing. We were too tired from our drive to get another hotel. Barely slept due to the cheeze-it sized pillows, disgusting smell and questionable clientele. We checked out as early as possible next morning. The only good thing about this place was the front desk staff. Do not stay here. Ever. "

"The air conditioning was not working. We tried to set the air to 65° and it stayed at 74. It was so hot trying to sleep we called and they said there was malfunctioning. We waited for someone to come fix it, but it got too late so we went to bed. Also, there was not enough hot water for my daughter to take a shower and I was not able to shower. "

"Breakfast was great and fresh; the staff was very nice and respectful. The room was perfectly clean and fresh. Plenty of parking."

"I wasn't excepting much when I saw the photos of this hotel but I still booked. It was my first time here. The front desk staff, Nilsa, she provided awesome customer service. The room they gave was beautiful, compared to the ones on the photos. As for the rest of the hotel, very limited slot machines. The restaurant was not good at all. The cafe was not good either, their oven was bot working and were not serving any hot breakfast. So that was very disappointing. I will wait to come here again when they are done with their upcoming new renovations. "

"They hotel felt run down. Carpets were old, Alot of the windows cracked and broken, the view from the outside of the curtains were stained. Noises from the bathroom plumbing constantly making sounds all night. Not worth the price to stay even if it sounds reasonable definitely worth paying more to not feel depression staying in a place like this"
