"What a beautiful well maintained hotel. Everything deserves 5+ stars. The food was quality and variety. The staff amazing. The amenities excellent. Right next to Namba train station and OCAT too. Theres a mall next to it and 10mins away walking from Dotonbori. Very very convinient. Amazing stay for me and my family with little children."

"The location of this hotel was great. The rooms were clean and typical Japan size..I did like though that you could store carry on size luggage under the bed. The onsen was fantastic!!! It was great to have a 7-11 right in the building. The gym facilities were pay only. The move to touch less check-ins throughout our trip means no contact with staff. This was a little difficult in the morning when we were trying to navigate our way to universal studios..no concierge no front desk staff available but this was the only downside."

"If you check in early the hotel holds onto your luggage which is super helpful. The room sizes were very comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring. Only downside was the elevator has it would create a line during check-ins or checks out as it always stops on the second floor, which is the reception area."
