"Overall the hotel, property, and staff were great and was a 20 mins walk from old town which was very convenient. However, housekeeping was very disappointing. They wouldn’t clean up dirty dishes, there were never enough towels in the bathroom and got a little attitude from the housekeeping staff. We enjoyed our stay but it could have been better."

"We recently spent a few nights at the lovely Heritage Hotel Lucia in Dubrovnik, Croatia, and it was perfect in every way! From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, the staff made us feel completely at home. The location is wonderful, tucked away from the busy cruise ship drop-off area, which we especially appreciated. This beautiful boutique hotel is truly something special, with unique touches of elegance throughout. Original artwork is displayed in the guest rooms and throughout the property, giving it so much character and charm. Even the photos on their Instagram are an authentic reflection of just how beautiful the hotel really is. Breakfast was included with our stay and was made to order rather than served buffet-style, which made it feel even more special. Nikolina and Ana, who took such wonderful care of us at breakfast, were delightful. We also want to recognize the gentleman at the lobby desk whose name we unfortunately can’t recall. Everyone was so welcoming, pleasant, and professional. This hotel has earned a place among my all-time favorite stays. We absolutely loved our experience and would happily return. Highly recommend Heritage Hotel Lucia to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!"

"We spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel within the walls of Dubrovnik. The proprietor had our room ready when we arrived around 10 am, which was great! What a find- comfortable bed, air conditioner and a kitchenette with all the requisite utensils and a bottle of wine to welcome us! We were right near the "walk of shame" Jesuit Steps, so the location was perfect. I think the walled city ( Old Town,) Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Staying at this hotel made us feel less like a tourist and more like a welcome visitor."

Highly recommended."

You get some privacy and nice views of the ocean!"
