30 minutes to Key West; great local restaurants (highly recommend the Square Grouper) and within minutes of biking/walking trails. A wonderful location and a well appointed house. We loved it!

My wife and I loved this home. Super convenient to the lower keys and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Convenience store in complex and a great coffee shop just down the road. Look forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Perfectly located for a quick trip to Key West. Loved ending our night with basketball/ pool/ pingpong with the boys (13 & 17) at the clubhouse. We rented a boat and loved the fact we could just wake up and go! House was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay!

Cudjoe Key with dock

We enjoyed our visit to Cudjoe Key. We rented a boat for two days to enjoy snorkeling. It was great being able to tie up the boat outside our rental.

Perfect spot to recoup form a long day on the water

Extremely easy to get to with a boat (30’ center console), house is 10’ from where you dock on the private sea wall. Bed was comfortable and we had no issues while staying. Neighborhood even has marina gas at a great price. I definitely suggest this very cost effective VRBO.

Great Vacation Spot

We stayed here for a long weekend for our son's wedding in Key West. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect, close enough, and yet far enough away from everything we had going on for the weekend. Loved the back patio for relaxing by the canal after a long day. Randy was always very helpful available if I had any questions.

Great two-bedroom cottage at Venture Out

This was our second stay at Randy's cottage and we had a wonderful time. It is exactly as described, well appointed, with lovely water view in the back. This year he has a brand new, very comfortable sectional couch in the living room as well as a new gas grill in the back. If you've never been to Venture Out you're in for a treat, huge terrific pool, many great restaurants within fifteen minutes, and only thirty minutes from Key West.

Fantastic vacation spot

The house was perfect. The shower was as awesome as I expected but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds were. My husband and I slept in the king and I got a fabulous nights sleep. We had a couple of minor issues and he was responsive and helpful. The back porch was great and my daughter loved being able to swim in the canal. All in all we were very happy with the experience and would definitely stay there again.
