"Location was perfect for my purpose - attending a show at Fox Theatre. Self-Parking lot was easy; price was fair. Restaurant served good food, although service tended to be slow at breakfast. In our king bed room, there were several things that concerned me. The shower needs at least one grab bar, for safety. King bed had built-in reading light on one side only; two are needed. The light fixture on the other side of the bed had a high-mounted switch - difficult for a short person to reach. Desk chair did not fit comfortably under desk. Room cleaner needs tool to unlock soap dispensers in shower and/or training in its use -- the body wash was empty on arrival. Provide more than 1 set of towels per person. Nightstand on one side of bed was hollow metal and makes a gong sound when you a cup down on it. In the armoire, the closet rail for coat hangers is too high - hard to reach even for someone 6 feet tall. There were plenty of electrical outlets but the one by the desk was a bit hard to reach because it was under the window. Bed was very comfortable. The room was reasonably quiet. Summary: most of my complaints relate to room and furniture design. This is why I feel all architects should be compelled to live or work in a space they have designed."

"We had an incredible experience at 21C! The amenities are amazing, the staff is attentive, friendly & welcoming. The design of the hotel is beautiful- we loved the museum, pool, sauna, restaurants, art features! Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Also super ideal location and parking/valet was great! We can’t wait to come back or try another location! Kudos to the staff! "

The hotel staff, atmosphere and the fact that location was a plus. I will visit again in the near future. I really wish there was a pool but anywho the overall experience was a 10. Thanks for a relaxing stay that was well worth the money.."

"My family and I visit St. Louis every year. This is our third stay at this gem. The hosts have everything a traveler could possibly need. Chargers for devices, large TVs in every bedroom. Furnishings are high quality and decor is amazing. Plenty of towels and toiletries for the bathroom and linens for the kitchen. (Even a curling iron in the bathroom. I forgot mine and was tickled to find one) Love having the half bath on first floor. Fully equiped kitchen, including a dishwasher, full size fridge, stove and microwave. Also small applances-blenders, crock pots, pots, pans-everything one would have at home is in this home away from home kitchen. Cupboards and refrigerator are full of different foods and spices for guests to enjoy. An array of brocures of local attractions, resturants, etc are near the door and a cabinet in the foyer containing games. Light switches are labelled so you know what area they illuminate.A dining room seating for 6, and beautiful table setting.Living room has reclining couch and loveseat, large TV, child sized chair and coffee table.A secured garage is a plus! Cozy fenced back yard with a grill. This property is meticulously cared for and the hosts are wonderful. To be honest, this is the best property I have ever stayed at. Highly recommend!"
