"The hotel looked very clean so thats a plus. However, there was absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom in the room so when you take showers, it turns into a steam room. There's no dimmer for the main lights in the room, just very bright stage lights that get the room hot, especially getting out of the steam room shower. The continental breakfast was the best thing about our stay. The food was delicious and the chef, not sure her name but she was black and her name started with a Q... PLEASE KEEP HER, because she was AMAZING!!!
I've stayed at this hotel twice and both times, I've been slightly disappointed. The first time i was ready to spend money on a fabulous spa treatment and massage but they were unexpectedly closed. They weren't open this time either. All in all, i think this hotel is over rated for the name it carries. It was not a resort or spa experience at all!"
