"Great stay. Stayed for Canton Fair. Great breakfast too"

"Excelente atención. Practico y sencillo. Personal amigable"

"The property is awesome. Rooms were cool, nice lighting and controls. Has refrigerator and all amenities you need. Also has a new rooftop bar. The free laundry room was also great for 10 days of business travel. I would stay again when visiting for Canton fair."

"The staff was very kind and went out and beyond to help me, something I will never forget. The hotel was nice, clean, comfortable, rooms big enough and the transportation to the canton fair was very convenient as well as the self laundry service."

"The room was clean and was in AI mode, which you can command the AI to on the Aircon, room lighting etc.. Lightning"

"We stayed because we were going to the canton fair, a bus was provided to travel to and from the fair. The buffet breakfast was good and there is a choice of two restaurants on site, one of which had extensive amounts of fresh seafood. Tanks of fish etc. Great food The staff were helpful, we will stay again, if you are looking for a comfortable hotel without being too costly then I would recommend it."

"Great stay at Vienna Hotel! Perfect central location near the Canton Fair, with plenty of shops and sights nearby. The front desk was warm and welcoming—check-in was fast and easy. Our room was spotless and comfortable. As a business traveler with family, I really appreciated the thoughtful service throughout. We loved everything and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Guangzhou!"

"I’ll definitely take Room 1820 again. The Canton Tower and river view from there is just WOW! 😍 Sitting there with a cup of coffee in hand, watching the evening view slowly turn into the beautiful night view—it was simply amazing! ☕🌃✨"

"Kitchen needs more cleaning, and maybe provide some pots and dishes for guests to use to cook."

"First I booked for the non-smoking room but they have ashtray in the room. It smells so bad in the hotel room. I asked staff for extra pillow. They said yes I will get it for you but after half an hour. They didn’t call me back they said they don’t have it when I call back. Highly not recommend this hotel."

"It is not a flashy looking hotel from street view. Very close to line 8 metro Changgang station. So don’t be surprised if the pictures from website deceive you. The good part is you will find every thing you need with in walking distance. McDonald’s, Burger King, sub way, kfc and 7-11 store are near by. The staff is very cooperative and helpful."

"Hotel sofrível. Mal cheiro na entrada. Prédio velho. Tive um sem numero de problemas no meu quarto com um sistema de prevenção de incêndio que alarmou no meio da madrugada por 2 noites seguidas. Eu não gostei e não ficaria lá novamente. Troquei de quarto e fui para um que o ar condicionado pingava. Enfim, caro a beça e igualmente ruim."

"The breakfast was not the best"
