Das Zimmer war hervorragend mit Blick auf den See. Das Ambiente, der Service bis hin zum SPA Bereich, es war alles große Klasse! Der einzige Makel war, dass einige Geräte und ekne Dusche im SPA nicht funktionierten. Aber das war nachrangig und tat dem Gazänzem keinen Abbruch.

Das Zimmer war phantastisch, das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch das Restaurant war einmalig und das Essen grandios. Lediglich eine etwas bessere Beschilderung der Räumlichkeiten wäre sinnvoll. Ansonsten war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Hotel und absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Das Essen war im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Spa-Bereich ist modern und sauber. Im Spa Bereich gibt es einen Pool und eine Sauna. Die Sauna ist toll mit Blick auf den See. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bis 11 Uhr verfügbar. Negativ sind folgende Punkte: Leider war das Wasser im Pool etwas kühl. Zudem war die Lüftung in unserem Zimmer durchgehend an und ließ sich nicht ausschalten. Die Rezeption ist nachts leider nicht besetzt. Der Kommentar beim Check Out hierzu war, dass es ärgerlich ist. Beim Zimmerpreis von knapp 300 Euro ist das P/L Verhältnis hier eher mittelmäßig.

Toller Aufenthalt für einen Kurzurlaub mit, je nach Auswahl des Zimmers, Blick auf den Sorpesee. Durch die stark frequentiertr Straße kann am Tag doch ein bisschen Lärm durch Biker etc aufkommen.
