  • Welcome to Chill & Recharge, a fabulous 2,273 square feet oceanfront home with an inverted floor plan and beautiful ocean and marsh views. Bedrooms have access to over 1,250 square feet of decks, a screened porch, and a first level sitting room with bunk sets, table, chairs, and TV, as well as the upper-level dining/living room and well-equipped kitchen.

    This home features a fireplace, under-counter ice maker, two dishwashers, gas grill, tankless water heater, WIFI, private pool with 1,700 square feet of poolside space, outdoor shower, and a Brazilian hardwood deck open to the marsh. Beach access is located between 963 & 965 OBW.

    Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:
    - Bed linens, towels, and bath mats are provided.
    - Welcome Amenity Bag included with starter items: toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit.
    (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies once starter items are used.)

    Please note: this is not a pet-friendly rental; the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.
    Pool is closed November through March.
