  • Livin' it up at the "Hotel California" located at 646 Ocean Blvd. West - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2nd row home located on the calm west end of Holden Beach Welcome to the "Hotel California" such a lovely place with views, views and more views! This home boast the best of both worlds, offering pristine views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as unobstructed marsh views where many wildlife sightings take place. With an inverted floor plan these views can best be observed from your common areas which offers an open kitchen, living and dining room concept for all your gathering needs.

    What a nice surprise! You will find all 3 bedrooms conveniently located on the 1st level of this home. Bedroom 1 offers ocean views with a Queen bed and shares a hall bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers marsh views with a Full bed as well as a twin, sleeping 3 individuals and shares a hall bathroom. Bedroom 3 offers extravagant marsh views that can be enjoyed off of the private balcony, a Queen bed and a private bathroom for added privacy.
