The staff were all very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and I looked forward to it every day. The location of the pool and bar was great, and the sunset was amazing. I also had a 90-minute beauty treatment, which was very relaxing.

Stayed here for my business trip, location wise it is convenient to explore Surabaya west area. Room is clean and spacious, they have a really wide range of variations for breakfast buffet and they all taste good and authentic for the local options. All the staffs are nice, friendly and helpful, from the front office, restaurant even housekeeping.

Staying there was amazing. Staffs very helpful and polite. I got to say we appreciate staff Ms. Rahil so much for helping us check-in for one of our friends who was not feeling well after landing to Juanda airport. Thank you so much Ms. Rahil.
