Disappointing and misleading

Very disappointing under all points of view. Worst point on cleanliness, everything in there was dirty. Our towels were dirty, we asked for some clean ones and they gave us 2 new towels, also dirty. Bed sheets were stained. Pool was small and dirty. The restaurant serves precooked meals, not fresh ones. We got the noodles and they were the cheap ones you get at the supermarket. Overall the pictures on the website are highly misleading as they make themselves look like a decent hotel, while the reality is definitely something else. Extra: they don't speak english.

The meal was far below my expectations. I put the door sign for room make up, but at the afternoon when I back, there wasn't cleaned up yet and I need to ask FO. The room was not quiet. No tissue, but no hand towel, too.

Saya memesan 2 kamar. Saya sama keluarga mendapat kamar di bagian hook, kami komplain AC nya panas dan meminta pindah kamar. Eh dikasih kamar di hook lagi dengan kondisi yang sama AC panas. Malam kami minta AC diservis lagi, ternyata masih panas.

It's nice to stay here because it's reasonable budget hotel. you can have meal at food coourt in a shopping center within 3minute walking. But it's regrettable to find some mosquitos and flies in rooms and lobby. Breakfast is ok. But if yogurt is availabe, it would be much nicer.

Favehotel rungkut mantap!

Lokasi sangat strategis, belakang transmart rungkut, breakfast lengkap dan enak. Ada menu fresh from the oven, langsung disajikan (mie) dan self cooking. Untuk kamar: ac kurang dingin mungkin perlu maintenance.

Okay stay. No complaints. Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, clean room, good wifi. Except for the mall next to the hotel with several eateries, not much to do or see in the area. Need a car or taxi to travel to othe parts of Surabaya.

Exceeded my expectations

Pros: Great, English speaking staff. Reggie was the best. The mall is right in front of it. Plenty of food options in the mall 20 minutes away from the airport Cons: Wi-Fi worked great until about 6pm. Then it became very spotty. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only were the room rates inexpensive, but the staff was a welcome surprise. Reggie was great. He spoke great English and was able to answer all of our questions and help track down our tablet that we had left at a previous hotel. We were in room 1211. The room was small, but comfortable. I loved that it was clean. The bed was small, but comfortable. They have a safe in the room. Since this is a budget hotel, they didn’t have many toiletries, but don’t let that deter you. They do sell them, but there’s also a mall walking distance from the hotel. They had hot water and a great AC. The AC only works while your room key is inserted in the slot, so if you’re out of your room, the room will be hot. The extras: The pool is nice. They don’t have lounge chairs due to space, but we still enjoyed it. They have good channels to include HBO They have water dispensers by the elevators. We did order fish and chips from room service. They weren’t excellent or as cheap, but to us the convenience of it was worth the sticker price. Tips: Beware of taxis with meters. They took us on an hour journey to get to this hotel while it should have taken 20 minutes. I suggest mapping your route and using a translator app.
