The room wasn't cleaned properly. The staff was good, they were honest. My brother left his iPad when we checked out. The same evening I received a phone call saying that I might left something in the room. I was impressed. Thank you very much especially for the staff who found it. I will tell my friends about this incidence and surely will go back to stay at Luminor hotel when I'm in Indonesia.

The hotel is quite nice, clean and comfortable. However, there is no fridge in the room. I cant put cold milk or yoghurt. In the bathroom there is no hand towels. During showering, the water is everywhere wetting the floor outside the shower.

Stay for 5 days for fam bussiness.Location is out of CBD. Need to climb stairs to go to receptionist from drop off point at front (no lift), had to carry our own bags (later, informed that there is a lift from the parking area at the back). Love the "legen" drink. The room is small, there is no fridge in the superior room (i thought is a standart for 3 star hotel). The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very basic. Internet speed in OK. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

沒有很享受在這裡的時光

房間跟酒店本身很漂亮、環境也很乾淨，但讓我比較不滿意的是房間到浴室的連接木地板是突出的、如果腳去踢到是會受傷的。另外浴室的淋浴間也不舒適、也只有提供2合1的沐浴精。 酒店裡的服務人員普遍英文程度不佳，不易溝通，衣服送洗是直接在房間跟你收費而非退房時結帳即可(感覺洗衣服務是外包的)，故整體讓我覺得沒有很舒適。 但有一個很直接稱讚的是他的餐廳非常棒，每天早餐有很多現點現做的食物。

Room and bed is comfortable.. wide breakfast.. 1st night stay the internet connection was pretty bad. But the connection was good on the second night..

The room was clean and quite comfort. The breakfast was fabulous with wide range of foods and tasted good. No bell boy helping you carry lugage at the front door through the stairs was the only thing that needs to improve from this hotel.

Cleanliness hotel with serene surroundings

Hotel closes to airport about 30 minutes way. The breakfast is good with many choices. Room is really clean and the staff tidy up the room very fast. However, there is no swimming pool or place to have sunbath when the weather is great. Also, there is no convenience store or mall beside hotel by foot.
