We had a wonderful stay. The staff made us feel very welcome. At breakfast, they surprised us with a waffle plate which said 'Bon Voyage' presented by the entire staff and took a picture together. Can't wait to return for my next stay.

Excellent service and stay at Courtyard.

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Surat for nearly two weeks and had a very enjoyable stay. The staff, especially Anjali, went over and above for us, and in particular made the stay pleasant for my elderly parents. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Good and very nice Breakfast full of variety and freshness. Cheff there are very helpful in providing the requested dish. All good and restaurant is matter of great comfort with Milk tea in clay cups.

The staff were amazingly helpful, with getting my room ready after I arrived much earlier. As someone who works in hotels in Australia, i can appreciate how challenging it can be. The buffet was lovely, and Charcoal too.

5th time staying at the hotel. Service is always very good. Will go back for sure. Management needs to improve maintenance and cleanliness of carpets, sofa covers and overall.

The rooms were old, soap limited, towels limited and old and greyish but were supposed to be white. To many ants biting us and mosquitoes inside hotel management blames it on the sighing in area but did nothing. Food was good and service in dining room was very good No gift shop. There is mold in the bathroom screen facing the bed! What kind of hotel allows mold to gather in the bathrooms? If there is mold then all other cleaning is irrelevant! The location of the hotel is in the middle of no where. You ask the hotel for help to get a cab/Ola/Uber, they will gladly direct you to hotel cab services for which they will charge you 5x-6x more. Imagine paying Rs1200 for a 5Km ride! Find another place even though it might not have a brand name.

This is regarding the amendment of your room reservation, The actual room was booked from 20.02.2024 to 24.02.2024 and due to Mosquito problem and muddy water problem in the bathroom guest wanted to relocate to another hotel and wanted to checkout on 21.02.2024 only. The hotel was not very clean and so many mosquitoes in the reception at the evening. Plus the service was not good. I had guests who were going to check in I booked the rooms for them, and one of the staff from reception asks them to pay our morning bill of breakfast, it was unprofessional as I was staying there so I’m supposed to clear before I check out the rooms are on my name. My guests were just checking in so how come they asked to pay someone else’s bill. The service is not good they are very unprofessional. And at night they don’t even answer the phone at the front desk, I had to go downstairs and when we complained they don’t even bother to say Sorry. Manager should have some training how to behave with the customer and be more polite. Thank you
