BRAND NEW LEATHER SECTIONAL FEB 2025. BRAND NEW 6-PERSON EVOLUTION GOLF CART FEB 2025 (FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST).
Coconut Treehouse, site 1080 is our personal family beach home located in the Holiday Inn section of the award-winning Ocean Lakes Community. It is wonderfully located just 5 houses (150 ft) from the Beach and 10 houses (250ft) from the Sand Dollar Lake. It is also located near the Ocean Lakes Recreation Center, Pool Areas, and Playground Areas.
We are different than other properties at Ocean Lakes in what we provide. For your $350 cleaning fee the house is fully cleaned before you arrive by a contract company, PLUS they provide all fresh linens and all bath towels and wash cloths (fresh, changed out between every renter, not washed onsite and reused). You only need to show up with your beach towels. And if you want to bring you own linens you can, but there will be fresh white ones on the bed when you arrive. It is not cheaper to bring your own as we must provide linens with each rental; they clean and provide linens, bath towels (16) and washcloths (16) for the house. Three less things to worry about trying to pack (linens, bath towels and washcloths).
THERE IS A $15 PER DAY PER VEHICLE CHARGE, THAT IS PAID TO OCEAN LAKES VISITORS CENTER BEFORE ENTRY IS GRANTED. IT IS PAID FOR THE ENTIRE STAY BEFORE YOU ARE ALLOWED ON OCEAN LAKES PROPERTY. NONE OF THAT MONEY GOES TO THE OWNER! THIS IS AN OCEAN LAKES CHARGE FOR EVERY VEHICLE ON PREMISES.
Our family beach home has 5 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. We have four queen beds and four double beds, and each bedroom has TV and direct access to a bathroom. Our dining table seats 8 with additional bar area for 4 more. We also have seating outside on either the upper balcony, middle deck, or lower concrete pad area.
During June, July, and August we only have weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rentals are available from September through May.
This is a FAMILY Vacation Home. We maintain a very strict policy of NO SMOKING, NO PETS, AND NO HOUSE PARTIES. Our rules are enforced without exception and are not meant to restrict your vacation but to enhance your vacation! We are proud of our home and when we do not have guests this is where we stay. Clear and precise guidelines insure everyone has a wonderful place to vacation year after year!

Want a golf cart? Ask us about renting our 2025 Evolution 6-person golf cart (it's a limo!) that is located at the house. Must be 21 to drive golf cart!

An amazing house fully stocked and loaded with everything you need for a laid back getaway! Location of the house to the ocean is great and a short walk! Owner has chairs, fully stocked kitchen, and rooms have extra blankets and pillows that are great for winter months! Owner and communication with them about any needs was fast and helpful! Our Halloween weekend here was amazing!

Wonderful time at Ocean Lakes

We were very impressed by this community! Having the water park and easy access to the beach was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The golf cart was a huge hit and truly is the nicest one around! The number of beds optimized the rooms so everyone had their space and was comfortable. If the size of our group allows we will definitely consider booking again next year for our annual trip!

Beautiful ocean lakes home

We really enjoyed our stay here, and really appreciated everything the home had in it, from cookware to games, we put together a 1,000 piece puzzle together as a family. The home was clean & even has blow dryers in the bathrooms which i thought was so nice. Best Spring break ever & we absolutely loved the golf cart as well.

We spent Thanksgiving there and it was the BEST stocked VRBO we’ve stayed in. We stay in about 10-15 a year and we had the best communication and the best overall experience at this house.. Great location, great amenities and was great for our group of 11.

This house was perfect for our trip. One of the best stocked homes that I have ever rented. It was clean, organized and well appointed. The location was awesome, yards from the beach and central to everything. I highly recommend the coconut tree house.

We enjoyed our stay it’s a short walk to the beach loved the golf cart loved all the extras in the house great to actually have a nice supply of kitchen things everything you would probably need and great quality stuff the owner was very prompt to reply back to any questions we had that’s very important to me one of the main things I look for we will stay here again.

Great Location and Excellent Space

Booked this property for an 8-person golf weekend and it did not disappoint. The home was very spacious and was in excellent proximity to the beach. Fair warning - the home is situated in a very large neighborhood/campground but the on site staff were very helpful in directing us to the right location.

Family Vacation 2024

We had a great time inspite of Tropical Storm Debby. The house was just as listed and the owners were great to work with. The outdoor space under the house was awesome and helped us weather the tropical storm. I would highly recommend this property.

My group of friends had an awesome time at this property, STEPS to the beach, it was perfect. The campground had all sorts of amenities from places to eat, a water park, a general store, pottery classes in the community rec area, they’ve thought of everything here. The property had vacuums to clean up sand halfway through our week’s stay, we spent all week in the open kitchen/dining room areas. Great place in Myrtle!!

Ocean Lakes Overdeveloped Compound

The rental home accommodated 8 senior adult men with 8 beds, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. Its location is an impediment to parties who are there just to golf because it takes 10 or more minutes to exit the development. The beds were too soft and noisy. The internet speed does not handle UHD movies; I encountered buffering and pop-ups suggesting to lower display resolution. The showers need non-slip mats.

This was a great stay for us, having been to ocean lakes many times it was our first time renting at a beach house , we have only visited others during our camping stays. Overall the house was tidy, we did notice that there were a couple things that possibly were an oversight being that this is just the beginning of the busy season. One bing that there’s was no toilet paper except almost empty rolls in two of the bathrooms, the others had none at all, some minor damage here and there but nothing that impacted our stay. We did have to clean a few things in order to use them including the tables an chairs downstairs, some dishes, there were rotten cream cheese single serve cups left in with the coffee supplies, dirty silverware. Overall though we would come back as we figure that this was an oversight from the property maybe not being in full swing yet with the busy season. Our children loved doing the puzzles , and we were comfortable , had pretty much everything we needed.

This house is wonderful I have never seen a house stocked as well as this house! They even had a Bundt cake pan ! Lol so close to a beach access even the old lady (me) could walk to the beach every morning ! All my kids and grands loved it too !
