"We have stayed at Crystal Beach Suites previously, so it was our obvious choice when we were coming into town to see a show at the Miami Bandshell. What we didn't expect was the nice upgrade to the ocean view suite! We wished we were able to stay for more than just one night! The suite was clean, beautiful and we were able to wake up and watch the sunrise before we left. CBS will be our only place to stay when we visit Miami from now on!"

"Great location and the place was clean. There are two locations however and they are about a 10-15 minute walk apart and you are not told beforehand which location you are at."

She is an excellent receptionist—she offers a warm welcome, is very helpful, has a great sense of humor, and, above all, has a beautiful smile for the guests. "The room was dirty, and had rust stains on the floor and windows. The windows were screwed shut on an ocean front room. The tv had lcd broken pix lines in it terrible. There were only 4 channels to choose. The shower leaked water on the floor. There was a lack of plug ins everywhere. The lighting and walls were dilapidated. The elevator was soooo slow, 2 and a half minutes from floor to our 6th floor. We had to walk the stairs several times"
