Établissement à ne pas manquer

Habitant au milieu de la forêt dans un sanctuaire de silence mis à part les bruits de la nature, ma recherche d’hôtels est exclusivement basé sur ce critère. Ce charmant et bel hôtel a répondu et de loin à mes attentes avec des propriétaires très professionnels et d’une gentillesse à toute épreuve Je recommande vivement cet établissement

Effort à faire sur l’accueil

Ce serait parfait si on n’avait pas l’impression que c’est le client qui est à la disposition de l’hôtelier et non l’inverse. L’accueil pour prendre les chambres n’est ouvert que de 16h30 à 19h30 si on arrive plus tôt tout est fermé on ne peut même pas déposer les bagages… Petit déjeuner exclusivement de 8h30 à 9h30…

Passage pour une nuitée avec 4 couples. Bon hôtel, avec une petite piscine très agréable. Le seul inconvénient, pas de clim dans les chambres. Avec 43° la journée (29/30 mai 2019) avons souffert la nuit. Autrement accueil impeccable, propreté, calme pour les chambres situées à l’arrière. Pas utilisés la restauration

Bel environnement mais service un peu léger.

Chambre correcte mais baignoire rouillée et absence de serviettes le deuxième jour...Le chauffage salle bains fonctionne de manière hiératique. Pas de rideau de douche donc salle de bains transformé en patinoire... Produits cosmétiques contingentés 1shampoing et 1 gel douche alors que nous sommes deux et que nous restons le Week-end donc gymnastique dans la baignoire pour atteindre le distributeur de savon.... On nous a demandé de régler la chambre avant la fin de notre séjour car pour la patronne le dimanche c'est sacré?? C'est d'un manque de standing. Attention pas de téléphone dans les chambres et TV trop petite.

Hôtel très bien tenu, personnel très à l'écoute. Chambre très confortable et accueillante. Jardin petit mais fonctionnel, des parties au soleil et des parties ombragées et piscine très propre. Le repas en demi pension était très bon, avec des produits de saison et le petit déjeuner copieux et à volonté. Un peu de bruit dans la cambre à cause de la route très proche mais plus de circulation la nuit. Pour un séjour prolongé demander des chambres donnant sur la piscine.

Le séjour de 3 nuitées a été agréable mais entaché lors de la demande de la facture. la gérante n'a pas été en mesure de me fournir une facture établie en bonne et due forme car ayant réservé par internet (nous avons décidé mon conjoint et moi de rester une nuit supplémentaire) il lui était,soi disant, impossible de modifier les dates!! facture ne comportant même pas la mention acquittée,n'a pas voulu également rajouter le nom de mon conjoint,me disant que je pouvais le faire moi-mêmeà la main!! alors que je dois transmettre une facture correcte à mon comité d'entreprise.!bref une horreur et cela continue encore car à mon retour l'ai contactée par tel et elle s'est montrée désagréable me demandant de consigner par mail mes doléances,ce que j'ai fait, en vain... ai envoyé un mail de reclamation à "logis de france" le 30/04/2014 en espérant qu'ils interviennent auprès de cet établissement rapidement car à ce jour je n'ai tjrs pas de facture avec les bonnes dates à savoir du 21/04/14 au 24/04/14 soit 3 nuitées
