"Spacious room. No unnecessary amenities or complicated light and tv switches. Reception, concierge housekeeping and restaurant staff were very helpful. Went out of their way to help to mitigate language barrier. Professional restaurant staff. Self service laundry was a plus pount. Variety of breakfast items."

"Staff was attentive and helpful. Room was very nice, large bathroom. Minibar, stocked. First use is free! Breakfast was worth it. My wife left her phone charger. They called us and they shipped it to her COD. Which was fine. Arrived the next day."

"The hotel is close to the MRT station, so getting around was very convenient. We arrived a little early, and the front desk kindly checked and let us check in right away. We really appreciated this, especially since we were traveling with elderly family members."
