I enjoy staying here. The staff is great and really go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. For me, it's a perfect home away from home!

Staffs are very polite and friendly

Excellent stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the service was warm and professional. I travel frequently and truly appreciate the consistent hospitality from the Marriott team. Thank you, and I look forward to staying with you again

This is one of the most spectacularly designed hotels I have ever experienced. And I've been around. It feels like a garden oasis and museum just as much as a hotel. No cost to create a mesmerizing interior was spared. A far cry from the typical 5 star tower with predictable, boring environment. Breakfast was adequate but a little lame considering that everything else is just amazing here.

Modern and contemporary hotel

Excellent hotel with great staff in a great location — tasty breakfast too!

Staff was attentive and helpful. Room was very nice, large bathroom. Minibar, stocked. First use is free! Breakfast was worth it. My wife left her phone charger. They called us and they shipped it to her COD. Which was fine. Arrived the next day.

Beautiful hotel. However, it’s a bit far from the main attractions.

Super modern and chic with a great hot tub. Walking distance to all the major sights. Helpful young staff who I communicated with using translation apps.

room is very clean and modern. there is a bidet breakfast is quite good, though the total number of dishes isnt as high as others but really tasty

Excellent hotel! Will love to revisit next time comes to Suzhou👍
