gute Ferienvilla mit schönem Pool, gute Ausstattung und nette Gastgeber, Lage etwas abgelegen erfordert häufige Fahrten mit dem Auto, sehr hundefreundliches Dorf was eine gewisse Toleranz gegenüber des smalltalk der Hunde in der Nacht erfordert.

Super schönes Haus und Pool. Sehr nette Gastgeber, uns wurde sogar leckerer Kuchen vorbei gebracht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Einzig Fliegengitter an den unteren Fenstern hätten wir gern gehabt. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt dort auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa Fosca.Super schönes Grundstück und es ist alles da was man braucht .Sehr nette Gastgeber vor Ort und auch per WhatsApp super Kommunikation mit Mateo.Unsere zwei Hunde haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt auf dem großen Grundstück.Wie würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunderschöne Gegend

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Objekt genügt höchsten Ansprüchen, wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Den Hausherrn haben wir leider nicht kennen gelernt, dafür seine Eltern. Sehr sympathisch, haben uns sogar Kuchen mitgebracht. Wir haben viele Fahrten in Istrien unternommen, ein herrliches Fleckchen Erde. Ich sage nur: Auf nach Istrien!

14 Tage Urlaub pur…

Kurz vorweg, wir hatten 2 Wochen gebucht, hier sind einige Eckdaten zum Haus und Umgebung: - Das Haus hat zwei Ebenen - EG bietet alles: zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer (eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne), eine kl. Toilette, eine Küche mit Essbereich, einen Wohnbereich, Ausgänge zur Terasse und zum Garten mit Pool und einer weiteren Terasse mit Kohle- und Gasgrill. - 1. OG Empore mit einer Couch (perfekt zum Zurückziehen und Lesen sowie ein weiteres kleines Sxhlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - privater Außenpool mit Dusche, 6 Liegen und zwei Sonnenschirmen - sehr sauber und top Zustand - sehr sehr nette Vermieter, die 2x pro Woche den Pool checken/reinigen - Vermieterfamilie ist sehr lieb und aufmerksam (es gab sogar Geschenke - danke nochmal) - zwei Klimaanlagen (eine pro Ebene), hat aber völlig gereicht, selbst bei Tagestemperaturen um 36 C - der nächste Mgl für Supermarkt, Bar, Restaurant, Geldautomat in ca 7min mit dem Auto erreichbar (Svetvincenat - sehr schönes Dörfchen) - die Lage des Hauses ist recht ruhig, hier und dort mal ein Hahn/Hund zu hören, aber alles im grünen Bereich - von Bokordici aus kann man ganz Istrien bereisen und erkunden, sowohl die Küste als auch das wunderschöne Innland (Pula, Porec, Rovinj, Medulin, Motovun, Groznjan, Moscenicka Draga, Opatija, Pazin, Rijeka, Labin, Levan etc) - die Preise bzgl Gastronomie sind hart an der Grenze des Nachvollziehbaren, Tipps von Einheimischen sind hier Gold wert Insgesamt ein super toller Urlaub!!!!
