"Beautiful, quiet spot with so many amenities. Being visited by the horses was unforgettable, and the hot tub was a plus. We visited a lighthouse, flew kites, hung out at the beach, watched sunrises and starlit dark skies. We’ll happily come back next time we’re in the area."

"The house was beautiful and super clean. The owners thought of everything you could need for a great vacation. We really loved being able to bring our dogs on vacation with us. It was just a short distance to the beautiful beach. We saw horses in the yard almost daily. James was so easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully soon!"

"We stayed here as a family of five (with kids ages 6, 5, and 3). The layout of the home was great for our family, and the furniture was up to date. Having a TV and extra blankets in every bedroom was a nice touch, and the pool was fantastic! As parents of young kids, we really appreciated the pool safety features, including locked gates at both levels of the house. The drive down the beach is about 20 minutes until you hit regular roads and the frequency of seeing the wild horses was fun!However, as other reviewers have noted, the cleanliness and basic stocking need improvement:Cleanliness: Moving an end table upstairs to grab a toy revealed very dusty, dirty floors full of debris. One bed was missing sheets when we arrived, a dirty cleaning rag was left in the bathroom sink, and the outdoor patio cushions and picnic table hadn't been wiped down.Linens & Supplies: Towels were very limited—only one bath towel and one hand towel per bathroom, with no washcloths, bathmats, or extra kitchen towels. There were also no beach towels or beach chairs provided. The provided trash bags were far too large for the kitchen.Kitchen & Amenities: The kitchen had enough basic items to get by, but it lacked simple items like steak knives and only had one baking sheet. Previous families left plenty of coffee filters and pepper in the cabinets.Communication & Tech: Wi-Fi details were not provided in advance, and response times from the realty company were a bit delayed when we reached out."

"Hot tub 2 jets didn't work. Stove top two front burners cook on high. Found cheetos under the beds while cleaning. Screen door latch doesn't have a latch, so it would bang all day and night. Otherwise that is just maintained. I would highly recommend this property."

"Overall the rental was great. There were some things about it which caused some minor inconveniences but after communicating with the host, these issues were resolved. The overall cleanliness needs help. Under beds and on top of surfaces need dusted. We stayed here in 2024 and at that time it seemed to be in overall better shape than this trip. Still an excellent vacation and the location of this listing can’t be beat."
