  • Flat 3 Penlu is located in an elevated position above the town, with superior views across Swanage bay. An ideal base for a family wanting to explore the Purbecks!


    A stylish and modern two bed apartment within a relatively new building, just a short walk from the town and the beach. The apartment has been furnished to a high level with attention to detail throughout.


    Flat 3 is on the first floor and can be accessed via a choice of stairs or lift. The living/dining room has been beautifully decorated and furnished, the feature half turret windows offer stunning views of the sea. The well-equipped and spacious kitchen contains everything you need to help enjoy your stay, the generous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ratio helps create a relaxing and harmonious home to relax in at the end of a busy day exploring the many delights of Dorset.


    Both bedrooms are beautifully presented; the master bedroom with king size bed benefits from an en suite shower room, whilst the second bedroom has zip and link beds giving the choice of either twin 2ft 6 beds or a 5ft king-size bed. There’s an additional separate bathroom with good quality fittings including a bath with shower over.
