Apartment - Centre of Swanage Stunning Sea views
A modern apartment in the centre of Swanage just 40 yards from the beach. The apartment has stunning panoramic sea views and is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Located on the top floor of a town centre building, the apartment can also be accessed by a lift making it suitable for all visitors, with cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, and supermarkets, all within a short walking distance.
The apartment is suitable for all visitors as it can be accessed by lift, and all pubs, cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, and supermarkets are on your doorstep. There is a wealth of things to see and do within easy walking distance of the apartment.
A well-presented 1 bedroom apartment with a large bay window providing lots of natural light which overlooks the beach. The apartment has an open plan living room with a large and comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player and free fast WIFI. There are also a selection of DVD’s, Books and games to enjoy.
The modern kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, and is equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. There is a separate utility room on the ground floor, with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other apartments). Tea towels, oven gloves, dish cloths, kitchen roll, liquid hand soap and washing up liquid etc are all provided in the apartment.
The spacious bedroom has a king size bed and a very comfortable pocket sprung mattress which can be split into 2 singles if required. There is a tall chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space for clothes and storage for bags etc. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
The bathroom has a large shower cubicle with a powerful shower. There is a tall, heated towel rail, and bathroom storage. A hair dryer is also provided.
The parking situation:
There is metered long stay parking available in the Main Beach Car Park on Victoria Avenue (BH19 1PW) which is a 5 minute walk to the flat.
There are loading bays directly outside the apartment where you can park to drop off bags if you don’t want to carry them from the long stay car park.
Metered short stay parking is available on Station Road about 15 yards from the flat entrance which is free overnight between the hours of 6pm and 8am. Parking can be paid for and extended via the Just Park App which means if you do wish to park here overnight you do not need to rush down to move your car before 8am. You can also use the Just Park app to extend your parking time when required to avoid repeated trips back to the car park.
We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply usual check-in times after 15:00 and check-out times before 11:00.
There is a keylock box available so collecting the key and access anytime should be possible. You will need to return the key to the keylock box when you checkout. We require you to provide your arrival and departure timing to agree checkin and checkout times so we can coordinate with other guests. If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.
The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.
Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.
You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.
There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied
No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.
Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.
We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.
